公司發(fā)展壯大，業(yè)務(wù)范圍涵蓋戰(zhàn)略、咨詢(xún)、數(shù)字、技術(shù)和運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)后，不同文化地域的員工聚集到一起，辦公室空間設(shè)計(jì)就必須滿(mǎn)足多元文化相互碰撞的需求。

　　多元文化共生需要一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的企業(yè)文化，通過(guò)創(chuàng)新改變世界是公司的理念，也是設(shè)計(jì)師在設(shè)計(jì)中想要表達(dá)的。

　　為了實(shí)現(xiàn)文化共生，設(shè)計(jì)師在辦公室內(nèi)規(guī)劃出了獨(dú)特的內(nèi)部空間，還設(shè)計(jì)了廚房、社區(qū)，還原一個(gè)原始的交流方式。

　　綠植交流區(qū)，不分語(yǔ)言，不分文化，對(duì)自然環(huán)境的追求是共同的，在自然條件下一起交流、辦公，相互協(xié)作。

　　不同風(fēng)格的辦公區(qū)適合不同文化的員工，也根據(jù)公司架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了劃分，讓有關(guān)聯(lián)的部門(mén)安排到一起，需要獨(dú)立辦公的員工，也會(huì)有獨(dú)立辦公區(qū)域。

　　When the global company expanded operations to Katowice the main goal was to create a unique interior which reflects the local culture.
